Refund policy

For a return or exchange

The clothing must be in good condition, without any alteration, makeup, odor that seems like it was used or damage.  The pieces must be have the original ticket. True Love Fashion reserves the right to exchange or return any item that is not in perfect condition.

Returns:

Exchanges are accepted 7 days after receiving the merchandise, provided it is in perfect condition, with its original tags, and no signs of use.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility, unless it is our fault.

Exchanges do not apply to clothing on special order.

No refunds.

A credit will be issued that can be used within 30 business days.

The credit can be used only once.
